SCEND are a specialist eCommerce fulfilment service dedicated to providing seamless fulfilment solutions. We save you time whilst giving you peace of mind in knowing your fulfilment is being handled by experts with over 10 years in the field!
As many of you already know, we started out our journey as UK Fulfilment Service, and though we’ve had many successful years as UFS we knew it was time for an updated look and feel including a new name.
So what has changed?
As of the 8th of September 2023 UK Fulfilment Service has officially rebranded itself to SCEND. That means that we’ve got a new logo, a new look and feel, a new name and even some new and exciting partnerships – but that is where the newness ends.
SCEND holds the same high values, same work ethic and same commitment to our clients as we did when we were UFS – just with a snazzier look!
We’re still just as dedicated to our clients and their customers as we ever were but now we look better doing it…
Let’s take a look at some of the shiny newness that you can expect!
New name & new logo!
We’ve got a brand-new name: SCEND.
SCEND officially means; the push or surge created by a wave. But we’re taking that meaning to a whole new level. We will be ‘pushing’ your orders out quickly and with the same accuracy as we ever did, but now we’ve got the name to back it up. And with a new name, comes the need for a new logo.
Our new branding needed a clean, clear and concise logo which was easily recognisable and modern. Check it out…
New website.
Maybe an obvious one… as, well, you’re reading this blog on it! BUT, we’ve got a shiny new website.
Quicker, cleaner and with a lot more features our new website is easy to navigate getting both existing and prospective clients to the right place, quicker! Not to mention it’s a lot easier on the eye. Not only that but new pages including ‘Our Story’ and ‘Meet the team’ allow our clients to get to know a little bit more about the people behind the product!
New faces.
Talking about the team, you may have noticed a few new faces dotted around the website. As we’ve been on the journey which has seen us transition over to SCEND we’ve added a few more experts to our team. From our humble beginnings of a team of four founders to a growing team of eCommerce, marketing and fulfilment experts, SCEND are continuing to grow alongside our clients, allowing us to continue providing the best quality service to anyone we get on board.
New social media channels.
If you were following on us before on social media then don’t worry – there’s no need to do anything! We’ve simply changed our social media profiles over to SCEND! BUT we have an announcement… we’re now on TikTok! Yes you heard that correctly. You can now find SCEND over on TikTok where we will be posting lots of BTS videos looking at what goes on in a fulfilment centre. You may even spy one of your orders being packaged and sent to a customer. Head over to TikTok and follow @SCEND.

We know we’re a bit late to the party on this one… but with the launch of SCEND we also launched our brand new email newsletter!

We’re super excited for the future of SCEND! We’re looking forward to continuing our service for our existing clients and are equally as excited to bring in some new clients. We want to say thank you to everyone for your support for UK Fulfilment Service, and also your continued support as we transition over to SCEND.
