The Challenge
Over the past seven years, Aeyla have worked with numerous 3PL partners across the UK to help improve their fulfilment profile, and after some previous negative experiences they turned to SCEND!
1. Efficient and reliable communication.
Aeyla have worked with both larger and smaller 3PL partners since their inception. Over the course of their fulfilment partners, they have found that a breakdown in, or consistent poor communication, has been a hindrance time and time again.

2. Providing a solution for both international and wholesale orders.
Aeyla is an international brand, and so it was key to their success that any 3PL they worked with could provide an exceptional service which allowed them to ship orders out globally. At SCEND we were able to overhaul their international shipping practices to provide them with a solution which was suited to their customers no matter which corner of the globe they resided.
But that's not all, as both a B2B and B2C business Aeyla needed to work with a fulfilment provider that could provide the B2C experience, even to their B2B customers. At SCEND we have an exceptional B2B service which marries the needs of both businesses creating a harmonious solution which serves the needs of everyone involved.
3. Bespoke solutions to tackle previous pain points.
Aeyla needed a partner who would create an experience which is tailor-made to suit both their and their client's needs. Aeyla needed a 3PL partner that was agile enough to be able to book high amounts of stock in on the same day that it was received, furthermore ensuring that all backorders that had accumulated were dispatched the very same day. Aeyla were able to improve their service offering to their customers by offering a same-day dispatch up until 9PM with the help from SCEND.
When it came to Aeyla's pain points our team listened, actioned, and delivered a solution which would solve their challenges, whilst going above and beyond what they expected!
