The Brand
Founded in 2000, Bella Bodies set out on a mission to create woman’s intimate garments designed to not only fit every body… but to actively empower women of all shapes, sizes, ages and more. Born out of a need for intimate garments that were comfortable, practical and made you feel at your best, Bella Bodies has seen more than 24 successful years in the industry and is loved globally by grandmothers, parents and daughters alike.
But that’s not where their commitment to their customers ends. Bella Bodies’ unique undergarments are created using bamboo and modal fabric, which is both effortlessly soft and comfortable whilst also being environmentally conscious, helping them to maintain premium quality and a low environmental impact.
The Challenge
Starting in Australia, Bella Bodies was keen to have a UK base to continue their global growth, after trying with other UK-based third-party fulfilment providers they were keen to work alongside a partner that was organised and efficient and would prioritise great communication, had accurate and efficient processes in place and could provide us efficiencies in courier selection and rates.
Part of their challenge was that they were looking for a 3PL that would not only provide seamless fulfilment which would level up their customer experience – but having the right technology allowing them to integrate with their chosen Shopify platform was a non-negotiable.
Queue SCEND. When selecting their 3PL Bella Bodies needed to work alongside an eCommerce fulfilment provider that spoke their language when it came to putting customers first, and creating a community of brand advocates that would purchase time-and-time-again. With a dedication to open and honest communication SCEND created and implemented a fulfilment solution which broke down barriers such as time zone constraints and customer service handling.
Seamless transfer of inventory.
When Bella Bodies came to SCEND we knew that they had concerns regarding the safe and swift transfer of their inventory from their existing 3PL to our safe and secure warehouse. A valid concern, however at SCEND we understand the disruption to business during this time can be detrimental. That is why we alleviated these concerns with a great attention to detail and a fast and efficient process which is designed to ensure minimal disruption and fast turn-around, getting you up and running in a timely manner.
