Noticing a gap in the market for a product that would encourage the public to consume the daily recommended amount of water – they created a product that was new, exciting and convenient. Using all-natural ingredients, and a handy on-the-go style packaging they truly have paved the way for a healthy alternative to juices, turning fresh water into a more palatable drink with added health benefits.
The Challenge
After a period of growth, Goal Water was looking to outsource their fulfilment to a 3PL who would tick all of their boxes. As part of their non-negotiables Goal Water was looking for someone who would provide an exceptional eCommerce fulfilment service that would provide an easy-to-use fulfilment portal which would allow them full visual access to their stock levels and full-fulfilment process. They also required a 3PL that would offer same-day shipping as standard and have a stringent troubleshooting process in place to maximise their customers’ experience.

Integrations were put in place for their main Shopify store as well as their social commerce platform TikTok shop and not to mention additional strategies put in place to adhere to guidelines for Amazon’s Seller Fulfilled Prime.
