SCEND follow a returns management process which has been created with eCommerce businesses in mind. We make sure that all items returned to SCEND are checked thoroughly to ensure they meet our stringent returns and refunds criteria. Depending on what we find we’ll decide whether the products need to be returned to you or follow a waste disposal procedure. Once processed our team of returns and rework specialists will ensure products look as good as new.
