Warehousing sits at the beginning of the eCommerce fulfilment process. After your stock arrives at our warehouse, it is first scanned into our system resulting in an email confirmation being sent out letting you know that it has arrived safely.
Your orders are then stored in our secure warehousing facility which is located in the centre of the UK. Once an order is placed on your eCommerce website, we will automatically receive a notification which prompts us to retrieve it from the warehouse and package it up for shipping. We then send the parcel directly to the customer under your own brand.

Your stock is received by our team, who care for it like it’s their own. Everything we receive is checked against your quantities and visually checked for damage. If there is a problem with your stock, you will be informed of this straight away.
All your stock movements are controlled using our mobile warehousing technology. Our team use state-of-the-art barcode scanners to process your orders with impeccable accuracy. We also have different sizes of bespoke designed pick bins, these boxes are the perfect way to store small products in a safe and organised manner. Each pick bin has a location, and once we receive a delivery of your stock, each item is scanned into a location for full tracking and visibility of stock around the warehouse.

At SCEND, you will only ever pay for the storage you use. We offer flexible storage options to suit your business needs – during off-peak times you may need to reduce capacity to bring costs down. There are no limitations, either way, you will only ever pay for the space you use.
We operate our warehouses under 24-hour surveillance; our UK Warehouse is located in the Midlands, which acts as a great base to serve the rest of the UK. We strategically chose the midlands so we are central UK for increased efficiency with courier times.
